Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 4, 2026

While a solar energy system is a significant financial investment, proper maintenance and service can help your solar panels deliver reliable, clean power for more than 25 years. Most warranties cover equipment, but you still pay for labor. Now you’re covered against unexpected maintenance and repair needs, including the labor costs associated with troubleshooting and repair. You get proactive monitoring of your solar system’s performance and issue detection, service, and support when you need it, and peace of mind that your investment in solar is protected.

Instructions:

The Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty. It does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. After the manufacturer’s warranty expires, the Plan continues to provide some of the manufacturer’s benefits as well as certain additional benefits listed within the Plan’s terms and conditions.

The Plan covers parts and labor costs resulting from a breakdown of the product, and/or normal wear and tear, including those manifesting from power surges. Small replacement parts are not covered under warranty. Warranty items are no charge to repair.

What is Not Covered:

(1) Incidental or consequential damages,
(2) Intentional acts or criminal acts by you, damage from an accident, abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the product, unauthorized product modifications or alterations, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, third-party actions (fire, collision, vandalism, loss, theft, roof replacements, siding replacements, etc.),
(3) Preventative maintenance,
(4) Pre-existing conditions or problems,
(5) Repairs associated with incomplete or unsuccessful unauthorized installation,
(6) Any failures, or parts and/or labor costs incurred as a result of a manufacturer’s recall,
(7) Any alterations from initial installation including additions and new roofs,
(8) “Acts of God.”

Service work, inspections, and maintenance provided by 360HomeTech LLC are performed under standard industry practices. Unless expressly included in a written warranty by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), all services and parts are provided “as-is” without any implied guarantee of continued performance, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

Non-Warranty Notice:

Unless you have purchased an extended OEM warranty or a separate warranty product, maintenance services do not constitute or replace any manufacturer warranty. Costs for replacement parts, labor, diagnostics, repairs, and consumables not explicitly covered under a current warranty or maintenance plan are the responsibility of the customer.

No Shows / Missed Appointment Policy:

A “No-Show” occurs when:
The Customer is not present at the scheduled service time; or
The Service Provider cannot access the system due to locked gates, unsecured pets, blocked equipment, or restricted access; or
The Customer fails to provide required access, permissions, or monitoring credentials; or
The Customer cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice.

CONFIRMATION REQUIREMENTS

All appointments require confirmation by text, email, or phone.
Customers are responsible for ensuring contact information is accurate.
Failure to respond to appointment confirmations does not waive this policy.

NO-SHOW FEES

If a Customer no-shows or fails to provide access:
A Trip Charge of $150 will be assessed; or
One prepaid service visit will be forfeited (for maintenance plan members).

Fees cover technician labor, vehicle routing, scheduling disruption, and lost production time.

REBOOKING AFTER A NO-SHOW

The missed appointment will not be automatically rescheduled.
Customer must contact Service Provider to request a new appointment.
Payment of the No-Show Fee is required before rebooking.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

MAINTENANCE PLAN MEMBERS

For customers enrolled in a maintenance plan:
One (1) no-show per 12-month period may be forgiven at 360’s discretion.
Additional no-shows will result in forfeiture of the scheduled service visit.
Repeated no-shows or abuse may result in termination of the maintenance plan without refund.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time are treated as a no-show.
Emergency exceptions may be granted at 360’s discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE EXCEPTIONS

Severe weather conditions
Medical emergencies
Natural disasters
Events beyond the Customer’s reasonable control

Proof may be requested.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By scheduling service, Customer authorizes Service Provider to charge the No-Show Fee or Trip Charge to the card on file.

Refusal of future service

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking service or enrolling in a maintenance plan, Customer acknowledges and agrees to this No-Show & Missed Appointment Policy.

Mileage & Travel Fees:

Service charges include travel within a 50-mile radius of our service hub. Additional travel beyond this radius is subject to mileage charges based on our published travel zone schedule. Mileage fees are separate from trip/diagnostic fees and labor charges, and are invoiced on every service call when applicable.

Emergency & After-Hours Service:

Emergency or after-hours service is not included in standard maintenance agreements and may be subject to additional minimum charges and premium hourly rates. Scheduling priority during storm events is based on plan tier and diagnostic availability.

By accepting service or entering into a maintenance plan, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all non-warranty parts, labor, mileage, and travel charges not otherwise expressly waived in writing.

Solar Panel Washing Checklist

While rain can keep your panels relatively clean, your electricity output goes down significantly if the atmosphere is filled with dust, pollen, and other small particles that coat your panels and block the sun’s rays. If that happens, your solar maintenance company can clean your panels to remove the layers of dirt and debris that are blocking the sun.

Pre-Wash

☐ Panels cool to touch
☐ No cracked glass before washing
☐ Confirm approved cleaning method

Cleaning Method
☐ Deionized or distilled water used
☐ Soft brush or non-abrasive pad
☐ No harsh chemicals or detergents
☐ Even pressure applied
☐ Bird droppings, pollen, dust removed

Post-Wash
☐ No streaking or residue
☐ No new damage observed
☐ Panels visually uniform
☐ System powered back on
☐ Production verified post-cleaning
